During tough times, it’s important to have a positive mindset to avoid letting panic overtake your life.

If it’s difficult for you, here are a few things that can help you find that positivity:

  3. List down every little bit of positive thing that happened to you and take time to be grateful for them.

  5. Give yourself some time to just breathe and meditate about your life and everything that’s happening around you.
